Certified international tour director Kim Stamps designed the journeys to share the destination’s history, culture, wildlife and unique ecology, and teach ways to protect the fragile environment of the Florida Keys & Key West.
A roundtrip Full-Day Adventure tour departs Key West and travels to Grassy Key. Passengers can search for wildlife such as the tiny indigenous Key deer at the National Key Deer Refuge. Other stops include Bahia Honda State Park and Dolphin Research Center or Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters in the Marathon area. Swimming with dolphins or snorkeling at the aquarium can be included.
Voluntour excursions include a volunteer activity, such as preserving a beach or mangroves at the National Key Deer Refuge or helping to maintain subtropical fruit trees at Grimal Grove, in addition to viewing Key deer and wildlife at the Lower Keys’ Blue Hole. Other tours include a Tiki Tour and Looe Key snorkeling and diving.
